Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can read all the legal jargon below that we don’t even understand, but our lawyer says that it’ll protect us in certain situations that we hope we never find ourselves so that we don’t have to pay our lawyer again.

At Brand Lab, LLC (dba DRIPIFY®), we have the following refund and cancellation policies in place and are subject to change any time.

 

GENERAL REFUND POLICY

  • 3-Day Grace Period: We offer a 3-day grace period during which you can request a full refund on any product or service purchased from us. To request a refund within this period, please contact us at hello@getdripify.com.
  • Outside of Grace Period: After the 3-day grace period, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes all our courses, downloadable items, and DRIP X.

 

COACHING AND CONSULTING SERVICES

  • Onboarding Fee: The onboarding fee for our coaching services (DRIP Y) is non-refundable after the 3-day grace period.
  • Monthly Service: You may cancel your monthly coaching service at any time with a 30-day written notice. To cancel, please email us at support@getdripify.com.

 

DRIP Z MARKETING SERVICE

  • Contract Duration: The DRIP Z marketing service requires a minimum contract period of 6 months. After this period, the service continues on a month-to-month basis at the current monthly fee for marketing coaching (DRIP Y).

 

Website Services

  • Monthly Service: Our website services are billed on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice. Design ownership is transferred to you after 24 months of continuous payments, provided we built the site for you.

 

IN-PERSON EVENTS: DROP

For Non-Members and DRIP X Members:

  • Cancellation within 45 Days of Event: A 50% refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation within 30 Days of Event: No refunds will be issued.

 

FOR DRIP Y AND DRIP Z MEMBERS:

  • Cancellation within 45 Days of Event: An automatic charge of 25% of the standard admission price will be made one day prior to the event. A 50% refund will be provided for the VIP Upgrade.
  • Cancellation within 30 Days of Event: An automatic charge of 50% of the standard admission price will be made one day prior to the event. No refunds will be issued for the VIP Upgrade.

 

Exceptions:

  • Ticket/VIP Transfer: DRIPIFY® may allow the transfer of a ticket or VIP upgrade to another attendee, subject to approval. If approved, the monetary transaction is handled between the two parties.
  • Emergency Situations: Exceptions may be made for certain situations, such as emergencies, at the discretion of DRIPIFY®.
