Ownership Terms

Any monthly retainer services (i.e. websites, coaching, consulting) are month-to-month agreements where the fee is locked in at time of initial agreement. Go, Linus! reserves the right to change the scope at any point with a minimum one-month notification to the client.

For website services, design ownership happens after the 24th monthly payment (or lump sum equivalent of 24 months of payments).
